Even if he was only hospitalized for 13 days the days im sure he was feeling ill before and after. It's amazing he is functioning as well as he is. I have a child with Sickle Cell and it is horrible. I am so disappointed in JM i don't know if i will continue to watch him
People don’t deserve to die unarmed HOWEVER people need to take RESPONSIBILITY on their foulness! No need to fight the police if you are stopped. If you feel like you are being mistreated get the badge number and get a lawyer MOST people need the lawyer anyway.
Limousine's, Mani- pedi's, Celebrity chef dinner? Wow Sis really knows how to take care of her husband. The young man knew that his aunt wasn't going to wait forever for that video, if it had been a regular paying customer, he would've broken his neck to get the video to them.
JM let the plaintiff talk uninterrupted and then as soon as the defendant began to speak he was jumping down his throat. He estimated being hospitalized for 30 days and it was 11. With sickel cell and pile on all the school work he was behind on, it might have felt like 30 days. Point is he was very sick and them pictures from a birthday party were the least of his worries. And the "Aunt" should've taken that into consideration before bringing him to court over $50. And he should've just given her what he had at this point
I turned this off real quick after started going in on him 🙄...ridiculous...And the Aunt didn't stand up for him and Judge Mathis needs to not do hearings if he's in a bad mood...

Nonsense over $50 he should’ve offered to take him under the wing or offer advice. After a long hospital stay I’m sure he and his body needed more time to recuperate. His aunt petty asf over $50 weird…
Having sickle cell myself, I understood what he was trying to say regarding being ill. It seems like he was dealing with a pain crisis or chronic pain for an extended period of time, resulting in a few readmissions when he was unable to manage at home. However, we have to be accountable for how we communicate that info. Judge Mathis was very clear in his questioning regarding the duration and the young man misrepresented the facts, albeit perceivably unintentionally. Judge was a bit over the top w/ him though. With maturity, he’ll learn how to balance SC and honor his commitments or at least effectively communicate potential breaches
exactly having sickle cell i feel bro too. it seem like only people with it,close family and doctors the only people that understand we have regular crises without having to be admitted that does not mean we’re still not going thru horrible pains just because we decide to fight through it at home.
Damn seriously! 1500 the agreement was 50.00 any other judge would have returned her money. Judge Mathis can be an asshole sometimes. I definitely don’t agree with this ruling. He rules based on emotion and who he likes sometime

If your event is this special, never put all your eggs in one basket.....if you know what I mean.
Nice family, nice looking people. Put this behind you all. Continue to grow, love, learn and move forward. Good luck. :)
I watch JM every day and this case got under my skin. He was rude to this young man who suffers from a very serious condition.
Protest is a waste of time
Right because they don't care about black people period
He most definitely had to have done something
Jesus Christ. Talk about losing a good relationship over 50 bucks. This family got some issues!!
Limousine's, Mani- pedi's, Celebrity chef dinner? Wow Sis really knows how to take care of her husband. The young man knew that his aunt wasn't going to wait forever for that video, if it had been a regular paying customer, he would've broken his neck to get the video to them.
Wow the auntie petty for blocking her nephew 🙄
Russell & Ciara if they were broke and old-------
JM let the plaintiff talk uninterrupted and then as soon as the defendant began to speak he was jumping down his throat.
$50😕 first of all that’s a ripoff
Why are they torturing this young man for just a video? And judge Mathis is yelling like crazy? This is not right
How old is he??? He looks really young to be sued...idk why you would sue him for $50...
Auntie should not have hired "Man-Man." Lol!
Wtf happen here???? Who cares family is more important than to teach this young man a lesson.
I think Judge mathis should have let her speak about her brothers murder. . .
Judge Mathis. Respectfully, you were out of order for the way you treated this kid.
He seems like he is going thru MANAPAUSE!!!
Tough strong accusations of what life can gv when you give excuses, those excuses have consequences.
What was the kid lying to Judge know-it-all about? Uh, he gets me mad when he treats people like that poor kid. He barely let the kid get a word out before calling him a big liar!! At least let everyone say something before getting crazy with your gavel & smacking your desk with it cuz your made your mind up fast. All these court shows are getting annoying as all the judges act like they are really being put out even though they are all earning millions from these shows. SMH!
Nonsense over $50 he should’ve offered to take him under the wing or offer advice. After a long hospital stay I’m sure he and his body needed more time to recuperate. His aunt petty asf over $50 weird…
Man-man is either a liar or delayed 🤔
Is this over 50 dollars , why auntie why
Young man was full of excuses
Ok I'm not going to finish this one I don't like the way he's attacking the young man already
