Sick - i use emxp which is great and fast like the old sp12-librarian but i dont like having the computer on when i make beats. This is the solution to that.
Dope! So many ways to save sounds on the sp12 now. I tried and succeeded in saving to my digital mixer HD. Saved it to minidisc but it took forever. Had a problem saving to exmp. I'll try again. But this method right here is genius.
Everything shown can also be done on a Mac. Use Etcher instead of win32 disk imager, the unarchiver instead of winrar to unzip and mac disk utility to format the SD to fat32.
Can you name the disks? I want to make a Raspberry Pi that runs EMXP with midi in out & thru for my SP12 but this seems easier to set up. EMXP is much quicker though, and more flexible.
Cool stuff. Yeah one day I may update the firmware to support the buzzer on the Pi0.
