ok roman if you ever see this all you have to do is drain the carb and drain and refill the oil and with the spark plug out and spin the engin over till no water is coming out then put it back in and drain the gas and put fresh it and it should good
The bike is still salvageable. Get it out. Drain it. You''ll have to replace the magneto. In other words, the ignition system will have to have parts replaced, everything else will work fine as long as it's cleaned and oiled. (seen a mini bike dropped in salt water and this is fresh water)
I had a pw80 that got fully submerged in water all I had to do was put new oil and fuel in and drain the water from the exhaust and it was as good as new

just use some trusty Atwood rope and a big hook to get the bike. you do not want the bike in a place where you're swimming it could leak oil, gas, and could generally just be a hazard. Also making the bike run again isn't too difficult.
