At that historical period of Vietnam, beef is still some thing luxury to much of Vietamese people and we still need them for farming task at our rice field, wagon, etc, so rarely we use them as food as they was more for farming and producting.

The only wrong thing about this clip is how little the Pho are in there, I'm not sure about Pho in other countries but in Vietnamese it's almost filled to the brim, at first I thought they eat some "gourmet" stuffs that extremely little amount in there xD And wtf is that spoon? It's just a tv show, who would serve real Pho in a studio?! There is nothing in the bowls btw, if anything, water and that leaf which they called "seasoning" were the only real things in their bowls. Anyway, their acting is spot on

@@Megaman-2407 problem is that it would be extremely hard to grab the noodles with spoon, so you might want to adapt using chopsticks a little bit
