      the only two neighborhoods mentioned that are actually in the LA metro are Los Felis and Culver city. The other areas are too FAR, super boring and also they are void of younger people. The traffic alone would make you regret moving there. They are family neighborhoods not suited for young people, pasadena has a few but colorado blvd is the only place to hang out, and unless u work in one of the particular cities or neighborhood, You will hate driving into LA where all the fun and action is, also the beach. Culver city is not LA however its surrounded by it, the city has a bunch of young people working tech jobs there. It has its own downtown with restaurants and bars so plenty to do and easy access to west hollywood/downtown LA/Santa monica etc. Culver city is on the westside so beach access is super easy. It's also more central than Los Felis, but you can't go wrong with either of those two it just depends on your vibe.

    Wonderful idea and beautifully done! I look forward to your future videos! I moved from New York to Sherman Oaks 22 years ago and 10 years ago moved to my current home in Studio City! I am biased regarding getting to West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and the westside so I would not have started with Pasadena but I can’t disagree that it is an amazing neighborhood! I LOVE what you did with the map at the end to recap each neighborhood!

      Well Sherman Oaks and Studio Studio City are actually neighborhoods of the City of Los Angeles San Fernando Valley section, while Pasadena is a suburb of Los Angeles County.
      I don't know why people make theses videos without making proper distinctions from a neighborhood of Los Angeles City, and a suburban City of Los Angeles County, so that those with challenges Intellects can comprehend what is governed by the City of Los Angeles, and what is an actual city with their own government.

      @@Eugene-pt5lu Did you know that the gravitational force on Mars Is 3.71 m/s² while it is 8.8 on Venus and 9.8 on Earth but a whopping 24.7 on Jupiter? Also light functions as both a particle and a wave! The 14th and 15th digits in Pi adds up to 16 while the 16th digit is 1/3 the 15th and I’d the same as the first digit? 🤔

    I'd like to see the real neighborhoods people can actually afford like Lynwood, Southgate, boyle heights, West Athens. Gentrify the Riff Raff and you have tons of beautiful homes and neighborhoods.

    • @livinginlosangelescalifornia
      @livinginlosangelescalifornia  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks for your comment! I'll put those neighborhoods on the list. Are you looking for a certain price range? Also why do you like those neighborhoods?

    • @86banks47
      @86banks47 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Give or take a Mil on price range with homes that are architecturally beautiful and neighborhoods that have character. South LA would be a hip paradise, at the moment its being gatekept by gangs but take that away and add the amenities then you will have a plethora of shangri-la like areas.
