At what point do we acknowledge that much of the work coming out of other countries including China, is better than what’s coming out of Sheffield these days (with the exception of some special pieces by Harrison/Cocker etc) Looked at objectively, the flaws we accept on Sheffield knives (“it’s handmade innit”) would be wholly unacceptable - and rightly criticised on imported examples.

Same with American knives. Most can't compare to Ganzo, much less what Rosecraft produces, and if price is the criterion, there's no competition.
