Hello, We just Recently bought a Samsung Unit # WA11CG5745BDTC Washer. I am just Curious why there is NO jet Water Comming out from that Light Blue thing just like shown here on 0:35 video . What Washing Cycles should I press use ?

Hi. I just bought this washing machine not too long ago and I saw that the fabric softener has not been dispensed properly. Is there any steps need to be taken to ensure the softener is dispensed correctly?
Dont directly put it in the softener lid. Add some water first, then add the softener.
I bought this machine 2 months ago and I regret big time. Everytime a spin my clothes it will spin for 3 minutes with loud sound and stop then pour water again. I can wash 1 laundry for the whole day if I don't check. Please help how can I operate it without constantly pouring water now and then. I am worried it's gonna damage my clothes and finish my softener
It's due to an unbalanced load that causes the loud sound and vibrations while spinning. The machine will attempt to rebalance the clothes by filling it with water and agitating it again. You can also manually rebalance the clothes by pausing the machine and ensuring that the clothes are well-distributed within the tub. Also, don't put a single large item in the washer, as it will also increase the risk of an unbalanced load, especially if the item remains on the side of the tub.
What you experienced is not a machine problem, but basically the washer attempting to rebalance the load when it detects an unbalanced load which can cause the tub to bang on the washer (creating the loud sound) and create excessive vibrations, because if it were to continue spinning while the load is unbalanced, it can cause damage to the machine due to excessive vibration and banging.
Also, if you were performing a spin only cycle, make sure to evenly distribute the clothes around the tub. You just don't throw the clothes in the washer, as it will cause an unbalanced load. An unbalanced spin is less likely if you are running a complete wash cycle (wash -> rinse -> spin) since the agitation will already distribute the clothes around before it drains and spins.

Ganto ung washing machine namen kakabili lng last month minus the connectivity sa Smart things app and ung steam feature pero parehas na parehas pati kulay. 13 kg ung capacity ng washing machine namen. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
