Either overloaded (although usually error code) or suspension frame has broken which supports the drum. I would urge engineer visit under your warranty! Might be worth noting: if you continue using it after reported, you may void your warranty.
Yeah I recently bought an LG washer and it is miles better at load balancing than any washer I’ve used. Usually if it starts making even the quietest shakes it immediately stops and rebalances. I’ve yet to hear it do a loud spin.
I took my almost year-old Samsung Bespoke apart (because Samsung's service tech was lazy and wasted my time), and I'm not impressed by the shocks. They are a fundamentally bad choice and selection for the application- they still had resistance, but I believe they are nothing more than a piston riding in a lubed o-ring sleeve, as they are not sealed gas-oil filled shocks. I bet if someone wanted to make and sell $150 shocks as a set with proper load dampening, for all machines, they'd probably do really well.
Looks like it's a single and heavy item inside the drum and the machine cannot balance the load. I've seen this issue with many other Samsung washers. These machines certainly are not highest quality.
I have the same Model, when I bought it at first time, the sound was there but due to lack of experience in Home appliances, I thought this is like a warmup, but after 4 months the sound is getting louder for all kind of loads, I had to fight with Samsung customer care and maintenance team as they visited me twice and emphasizing that this normal and I should load it up properly, consequently the request closed and the repair wasn't done at all. This my first time and last time with Samsung. Their appliances are shity, low quality and expensive in addition to poor aftersales services. I don't recommend at all.
I think just poor design, it rolls the blanket up causing it to bang, my old one never did it but this one did, i’d say the shocks are too soft or i’d have to add more laundry
This machine is faulty and out of 1000 u get one such in any brand, by d way we hev samsung washing machine n it's super cool n best machine I hev ever use
Shock springs are damaged and need replacing that stops drum from inconsistent turning seen here. Make sure to replace all 4 of them not just the one that is damaged.
I just brought mines and I am sending it back and swapping for a hoover h wash 700. My machine is nit doing that. But I do nit like the wash cycle options.
Is that a bed one of those fitted sheets. All the laundry is simply entangled in it basically spinning in a huge heavy wet ball and the washer is unable to separate it and evenly spread so that's all. Happens in any washer with these stupid rubber band sheets
As the water is below the door seal, I would have paused the machine,, or on some machines you have to turn off the power at the socket, and waited for the door to unlock and unwound that wrapped up ball of washing to redistribute the load and told it to continue the wash.
No machines including works cheep beko! Or my expensive LG , will not spin 1 bulky item haven’t for years the bigger the drum the more of an issue it will be… These are usually good machines my next door neighbour just had one on Wednesday as there hoover H wash 300 lite the drum spider is going and it’s only 13 months old they love it compared to the hoover. Put more stuff in it or this will happen with every single machine. I swear people on TH-cam look for faults on all the new Machines when there is none… 🙄
It’s just poor design, too a slow distribution and soft shocks was causing it to roll up and bang, never had this with hotpoint as it sprung into balancing fast enough!
@@laundrylad2006 hotpoint and bush are by far the worst ones I’ve seen for balancing! But I won’t slag hotpoint as had a wdal 8640 for ages and dried quicker then this new lg does Again though it had balancing issues all the time the LG has hardly any it just gets on with it the shocks are quite stiff on this compared to my last one.
if you deep it, you either do few blankets and it’s unbalanced or you do a full load of blankets to that the ones in the middle don’t even get wet, you get mad sudslocks and banging aswell 😂 i just don’t think samsung can handle heavy items
My lg dd 6 motion front loading washing machine never has this banging issues, but mine still sometimes unable to balance the load for a big heavy blanket and after a few tries the machine gives up by showing a codes that means it's unable to continue drying, it's still not making any noise like on this video

Orrr, just pshysics.
This happened to my hoover, my drum is 10KG i put in an army sleeping bag! Nothing wrong with your machine, when you put normal load it will be fine
this is NOT a samsung issue, its your washing issue, ive seen this happen with hotpoints and bosches too
Ik and people blame it on the washer
None of his other machines have done this with THIS EXACT LOAD. Literally ONLY this one
