This game has very high lags in DX12 natively. Enabling FG with a mod only makes it worse, even though the monitoring application shows otherwise. This game must be locked to 60 fps or force dx11, then you will see what I am talking about

Dlss and then inster key . U can use dlss even in amd card if u follow steps
