the bad performance is not the card. cod warzone 2.0 is very new and due to that is pretty much not optimized at all. so as the game gets more updates, the performance should improve greatly
That isn't true apart from the first part lol yes the release games unfinished and not optimised very well. But warzone 1 performance got worse with every update lol what you on about

you can tell when the crosshair is thinner, that the settings are higher. when the crosshair is thicker, the settings are worse

What would be better for games like warzone . A gaming laptop with a Ryzen 5 5600h and 3050ti or a steam deck , I’m going to be traveling and can’t decide
For Warzone only? I would go with a gaming laptop
For single player games and for proper portable play I would go with the steam deck
Warzone wont work on the steam deck unless you install windows on it and the performance will not be as good as a gaming laptop anyways

I didn't have to update the bios no, if you go with Ryzen 5000 you most likely have to update but most of these motherboards come with a flash bios button so you can update the bios without a CPU

@@coachash10 and the game also heat the cpu up, and i use the stock cooler, so i think it was happening some bottleneck of frequencies, wich can cause these stuters plus the baad optimization of the game but i'm going to buy a watercooler soon

For warzone get an AMD GPU they get far better performance

dont buy a dead gpu. 3050 and 1660s are adead end. go for a 6700xt minimum

This stuttering is worse than me playing with my compromized Ryzen 5 3600( Stuck at throttled 75C coz of stock cooler) and rtx 3050, Im getting 77 fps by average on Ultra. with a single stick of 8gb, both cpu and gpu are on stock at 1080p.

Question. Is Warzone 2 fun to play on a 3050 because i have a 3050ti laptop gpu card
I haven't played it but all I can say from what I saw is that it's optimization is very bad so you might encounter problems like stuttering etc

@@CaptainMoser yeah, I think everyone is. the game is just extremely laggy regardless of how good or bad your internet is, it affects everyone sadly. maybe a fix in the coming month or so…

RTX 3050 and it barely keeps 60 fps, lol this game is crap.
i get aalooottt better fps then RTX 3050 on GTX 1080 on 1440p even on 4k i get 45-60 somewhere 70 fps i also i use normal texture and Particle quality high and Lighting high

but rn theres no reason to upgrade to this unless you got a 750 ti or 1050 ti or something similar but even then AMD has better offerings for the same price that perform way better
yeah especially when the 2060 performs better than the 3050 and can also be cheaper at times, that’s pretty bad. i’ve seen laptop manufacturers basically scamming people by pushing out 3050 laptops for $1200+, but at least now you can occasionally find a laptop with a 3060 or better for less than that or a bit above.

laptops normally perform worse than their desktop counterparts so keep that in mind
check your gpu usage, is it maxed out? or are you getting bottlenecked by your cpu. also 8gb of ram might be an issue at some point

depending on the speed of that 8gb stick, it could be bottlenecking the ryzen processor. ryzen cpus like dual channel ram with higher than not frequencies usually in the 3200+ range, so if you have a single stick with a speed around 2666mhz or lower it’ll probably take away from performance quite a bit.
otherwise, you should check for bottlenecking by running the in-game benchmark (it should tell you if it detects a bottleneck) and try and troubleshoot the issue from there depending on your hardware
