No, The Giant is originally from Dead Cells this boss is added in Rise of The Giant DLC, same with the Vorpan which is a easter egg weapon from the Dead Cells animated trailer. The Giant, Beheaded, and Vorpan in Soul Knight is just a crossover stuff.

guys. The collector is much easier than it seems. The hand of the king or the keeper of time is much more difficult
The Time Keeper is really easy, I've literally never lost a single run to her
