In 2003 a committe was constituted by the home ministry whose chairman was Pranab Mukherjee and members were Kabil Sibal, Motilal Vohra etc. This committee recommended that citizenship should be given to minority refugees from Pakistan and Bangladesh and should not be given to majority community from these countries. Now the government has just implemented that recommendation. I'm sure Mr. John Brittas is also well aware of these facts. How can people in public space be soo fake?
