    Thank you. Just fixed exactly like on your video by my self on the way to dealer. No code. Check the fuse on the battery of and on and everything is back to normal. Was parked all day and soon got beeping sound battery need charge start the truck and probably low voltage give shortage.

      Glad you saved yourself a visit with the thieves. That's why I do what I do, to help people like me, working to provide for their life while the politicians are too busy robbing us around the clock ;)

      All pins you mentions are good showing 12.43V (3, 53, 57, 60) grounds showing 5 ohms. Not sure what you meant about reversing the leads and checking voltage on the grounds. 2.4V at pins (2,5,6,10,14,) 1.9v pin (1) 0 at all other pins.
      My def gauge is showing empty
      I’ve had the acm, scr faults before did regen and was good.
      Any way you can send the schematics to me so I can look over it and see what everything is supposed to be

    Great video...thank you. What program or website did you get the step-by-step diagnostics from? Would love to have access to it, if available. Thanks again.

      I googled 2015 Volvo D13 ACM wiring diagram and it was off the actual volvo site I believe, one of the official volvo sites, it was free.
      One of the other viewers 40TONN, check his comment, I replied with a link to thr schematics, one of them

    That fuse was my issue
    The def gauge would not read when fuse was not connected and truck would say DERATE IN 5 minutes

    Just change the harness, it doesn't worth the time!

    • @mechmobile2019
      @mechmobile2019  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, changing the harness is a task that's doable, but it's going to cost time and money taking everything out and disconnecting, then running a new one.
      Just in the time it would take to remove a wire harness, it would take to diagnose it and then find the corroded one and fix, minus $1000 bill for the wire harness.
      On other hand, diagnosis is the way to eliminate all the other sensors since they are tied in to same ACM.

      You are right about diagnosing first, but if you look at those wires, how many of these were fixed and reattached!@@mechmobile2019
