Hi, there is no obligation in not having dinner, the fridge is always open and there are also fruits you can have anytime. Even the monks sometimes get hungry aha
There is no program, there's one introduction session. Otherwise, you stay as long as you want. It's on a donation basis, you give as much as you want :))

I’d like to go but I can’t sleep in a dorm on a wooden bed. I would end up sleep deprived and it would distract from my meditation
There are private rooms 🙌 eyemasks and earplugs can help too :))

They don't ask for food. They go on alms rounds. Like the Buddha.
