- Andrew has been a big part of Small Bike Stuff since the beginning. When I ran out of time and space for this Suzuki Choinori engine swap - I threw it his way to finish. It's now rolling around Christchurch, New Zealand as a daily commuter.

Thanks for having me and this hodge podge feature on the channel again! Great bike built for a purpose. Easy to film if anyone else wants to get involved in this Round the World Series!
Change that pipe they are really restricted
Up the choinori, thanks for the update on this such a cool little bike *small bike. Thanks Andrew for showing it off
Want to watch the original pushrod 4 stroke engine disassembly? Link below! Full disclosure: I originally bought this bike with the engine already removed and the frame already chopped. There was no turning it back to it's original state at that point, so the 2 stroke was sourced and the rest is history.

Wait... so in New Zealand 5 planks of wood qualifies as exercise equipment?
We’re simplistic people. What more could one want in life than a few planks of wood?

Choi Nori weight was just 39kg... How wuch does it weight now??? My all-time favorite bike... ;-)
I´d think the additional welded tube is useless, since its frame would take even 10hp, as all scooters have a frame of similar strength, if 2hp or 10hp... I have 2 scooters, they are otherwise identical, one has 50cc and 3hp, and the other has 125cc and 10hp... Sad that this isn´t the case here, and that the frame tends to bend...
This engine has no correlation the original mounting system - so it needs the extra tubing to actually have the motor attach to the original frame.
do you have step by step
how to convert it what engine do you use?
It's an Adly 50cc 2 Stroke engine.
How come you use Chinese/Taiwanese engines, they may be copy's of the jog engine but with alot cheaper materials, in UK they don't go as quick as a genuine minarelli engine, stock or tuned
It was free.
@@SmallBikeStuff ahh that makes perfect sense, cool channel btw
@@pk93cov cheers mate. There’s definitely nothing better than the genuine article but sometimes convenience wins the day. Thanks for watching!
