    Sugar Land- my and my husband's go-to spot when we feel like getting away to enjoy good food and entertainment. We live in Victoria, TX ..it's only a 1 1/2 drive straight up the 59. Love staying at the town center Marriott you show in your video...we shop, eat yummy food, and head into DT Houston for museums, zoo, etc...not a long drive. It's the perfect spot. We are considering moving there in the next few years. ☺

    • @Frederick0220
      @Frederick0220 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@Rachel-ow5xg Has to be Houston. More jobs and a greater variety of jobs whereas Vegas is more hospitality-centric. Both are very hot weather-wise but very different in that Houston is extremely humid whereas Vegas is very dry. I do think, however, both these places are great options to raise a family since they're both very affordable and have no state income tax.

    My only visit to Sugar Land was about five years ago. Although I didn't see the developments shown in your video, I saw several older neighborhoods close to the Sugar Land city center. I was blown away by the old oak trees along the streets. On many of the streets, you drive through what seems like a tunnel of overhanging trees. Reminded me of the West University area near the med center in central Houston.

    Forgot to mention another thing about sienna that some will like is the fortbend toll enters and exits right onto sienna parkway which connects to beltway 8 and to hi way 90 which leads to the medical center. And those home that were talked about in camp sienna are not 500,000 anymore they have skyrocketed to 800,000 plus. The value on everything in sienna has shot up in price in the last two years. And sienna and river stone are connected to each other.

    Your videos helped me decide I wanted to move to Houston. Now that my wife and I are ready, we called you guys. We are flying out this weekend to check some places out. One of your team members is “Helping” us but they aren’t being much help at all it seems like they only have their best interest in mind and keeps categorizing us with other clients and not having our best interest in mind. I get it you guys are probably busy but you have to really make sure that agents on your team are treating potential clients with respect and not being pushy and that they are providing a good experience if you are going to be inviting everyone to call you guys for help. I’m disappointed it’s not you personally but members of your team represent you.

    This video isn't a good rep of SL.. and your title... it's Sugar Land.. 2 words. This video isn't very accurate of where it's best to live in SL.... IMO.
