I lived in the Summerfield/Oak Ridge area for a few years as a little kid, 6-10 yo age range, early to mid 70's. The building on your right as you are walking into town was an old junk store at that time, owned by an elderly black gentleman named Blair. My dad used to stop in and shoot the bull with him from time to time. Seems like, as I remember it, the building was bigger, I think part of it was destroyed or demolished, not sure what happened. We moved away when I was about 10 (to Eden), but ironically enough my parents moved back to Summerfield later in life before my dad passed away a few years ago. Brought back a few memories.
