The old clock tower building used to be a textile mill and later housed Gem Dandy Co. that made belts, wallets, suspenders etc.

We now have a Social District in downtown, plus Wandering Meadery has opened in the was yellow building. We have more open now come visit.

Southern Pines is one of the prettiest. It felt complete as most of its buildings were occupied and they went to great lengths to landscape around the railroad tracks that went through the center of town.

The building that the clock is at was a wholesale grocery supply company. Now it is Gem Dandy. Gem Dandy was the #1 producer of suspenders at one time and now they do belts and the like.

@@TimothyFrench that article is super interesting. from what i’ve heard from the series, charlie had a dark, evil, demotic spirit attached to him. most believe that charlie impregnated his eldest daughter, killed his family, then went out to the woods and killed himself.
