    I'm 80 years old with a broken bone in my foot and have had to wear a boot for four months. It's hard! But I'm so grateful for these cardio exercises. I do what I can and as many repetitions as I can..The first day, I could only do twelve minutes; the second day, fifteen; the next day, twenty--and I finished the whole thing today! Good for me!

    Several years ago I was diagnosed with RA. I could not understand what was happening to my body. I have always been very active swimming, aerobics, tennis, walking. You name it, I was in. This disease began affecting me in my joints, chronic pain all the time in so much, walking became difficult. I refused to give up so I bought a bicycle and rode through my neighborhood at least 3 to 5 times a week. It appeared swimming and bike riding were my limits. One day my daughter introduced me to Caroline Jordan's chair exercise videos. All I can say is Hallelujah, thank you Jesus, for the first time in years I feel as if I'm getting a real workout. Because I have severe pain in my knees and right foot it makes it difficult for me to do regular exercises and even ride my bike fast to get into my fat burning zone. Thanks to Caroline I have hope that my muscles and joints will not lay dormant. Her workout chair videos are a blessing from God. Thank you Caroline, keep doing what your doing.

      I love working my arms, legs and mid section. I like that you push me, it reminds me of my aerobic classes at the gym. I encourage you to keep pushing us, because I'm used to working out hard. Never would I have thought that I could get a good workout while sitting in a chair. Do you recommend a chair that I can order to help me get my maximum workout, also do you plan to incorporate any weights and/or bands for muscle toning? I really need to build more muscle as my body kinda went into hibernation for a while. I need to tighten things back up. Lol

    Caroline, My mom (79) and I (52) about a month ago found you here on You Tube. I had foot surgery back in December, 2018. I had awful complications that made it impossible for me to workout. I got very depressed this winter. Finally, I found you and asked my mom to join me in working out with you. It has been AWESOME! We LOVE your videos and are so thankful that you make them. We have noticed a difference in our mood and how we feel. I have told so many people about these videos. Keep it up!

    The audio was very quiet at the beginning but got better as it got started. So those trying this video for the first time, don't stop because of the audio. I LOVED THIS WORKOUT!!!! I LOVE HOW POSITIVE CAROLINE IS. SHE MAKES WORKING OUT SO FUN!!!!

    Im recovering from a Morton neuroma and these chair routine helps me to keep my exercise going! I also am a Breast Cancer survivor diagnosed in 2021. Recovering from a mastectomy on one breast, it’s all mental and a strong body, I’m enjoying life!

    Caroline, I found your channel about 6 weeks ago when I injured my ankle and was feeling REALLY down about not being able to stay as active as I’d like. You have helped me SO much with staying positive and finding ways to keep my body moving! I have one more week left in my cast and then I get to rock the walking boot :) lately I have been feeling inpatient and a little unmotivated as I’m just ready to recover from this injury. I had a lazy day today and didn’t eat very well, but I made it here tonight to do this chair cardio with you and I feel amazing. Thank you for being here and always smiling.

    Oh my... I did it again today (just finished a few minutes ago *approx. 915p est) and it was extremely difficult because I was extremely sore (from yesterday's workout). The cool part was my husband joined me this evening. I was grateful for his support. I've decided I'll alternate workouts (I'll do this every other day) and another one of her workouts on the other days. Sunday's I'll rest. I'm motivated and extremely excited!     i sprained my ankle pretty badly this past week on a ski hill and as a naturally active person, it’s killing me all this rest 😆 well while my husband hit the slopes, i sat on a chair in the hotel room and got my movement in with your seated workouts. not only is the movement helping me, but your infectious, positive attitude is what’s keeping me motivated. thank you ☺️

    This really did it. According to my Fitbit, I hit 18 minutes of aerobic level heart rate. I need to this to keep active until I can get back to my normal routine. Thanks Carolyn!

    I recently was diagnose with Metatarsalgia, so have had to buy new, more stiffer soled shoes and tape my second toe. No HITT or Cardio exercise for at least 2 weeks. Found your site and have been doing many of your videos. They are so great and you are awesome! I will continue doing your videos, even when my toe is better. Please keep new ones coming! Thank you for your smile and wonderful spirit!

    Thank you so much for this and other videos! I broke my ankle and had surgery 6 months ago and I'm still healing. It's so great to have cardio options! I love the motivating thought that I'm not really out of shape, I'm just getting a good workout. I needed to hear that.

    I'm so happy after your workouts! This social distancing and quarantine prohibits me from seeing my physical therapist(I have a congenital disability that needs physical therapy to prevent pain and fatigue) but I introduced your videos to my physical therapist before and she gave me the go so I've been working out in quarantine and my body is better than ever!! I want to thank you for your positive attitude which SUPER HELPS when working out. I live in a small town in Norway and I'm so glad I have the internet during this lockdown!

    Hi Caroline 😊 I am a recent subscriber to your channel as I broke my foot about a month ago and desperately wanted to keep exercising while I have been injured. I am so glad that I came across your channel - it has been such a life saver over this time. I particularly loved this workout - I really worked up quite a sweat from it 😅. I really love your attitude to exercise and it has really helped me form a more positive mindset now during my injury - I like that you are promoting that exercise should be enjoyable and not as a punishment. I loved your workouts so much that I showed them to my mom who has been struggling with back and joint pain.     Hey Caroline! I just came across your video a week ago but I love it. I use a wheelchair and I can't stand or walk at all, so this is a great workout routine for me. I just watched it for the second time and I will definitely continue to watch it

    Carolyn I am on day 9 of the 5th metatarsal fracture. Your workouts have been wonderful. So important to safely raise my heart rate daily for my mental and physical health . I will walk away from this injury with stronger abs than I had before thanks to you and I love your upbeat energy !!!!!

    Thank you for all these seated workouts. I have always loved exercising and walking. I have inflammatory arthritis and it has become almost impossible to do anything. I am now on disability and became so depressed because I loved my job and felt I could no longer walk or do any exercises without extreme pain, then I found you. It's a miracle!!!! I love your exercises and actually feel like I am doing a really good workout. You have absolutely changed my life! I cannot thank you enough!!

    Omg. I am so glad I found this! I have a broken toe and haven't been able to workout in weeks. My arms are killing me! The audio does start off very quiet but gets better after a few minutes.

    hey there! so I am not injured but I take your chair routines and do them standing. some days I do them in the chair, my whole body is sore and I really enjoy your video. they make me feel good but I just began working out and switching how I eat. I was at 206lbs and now im at 199.8 . I just began using your video yesterday 06.18.2020 and did my second workout with you today but standing it felt good and it was still very challenging.

    Wow!! I love that I found this workout!! I have been struggling with a torn tendon in my foot and haven't been able to work out in months. I was sweating and never thought that i would be able to get a great aerobic workout while sitting down but I did!! I am really excited to do this everyday!!

    First time doing your video. I've tried to find something that I can do. I have lost all of my quads in my left leg so I have no flexors and have to be careful about falling. This video seems to work for me so thank you for helping me in my search.

    Girl, put your back into your breast stroke- it’s my favorite! The power comes from the arms circling before the torso. It feels great in and out of the water! Thanks for a great workout. Your videos have been great while I’m recovering from foot\ ankle surgery

    I love this video workout. After more surgery with limited hip flexion, this was gentle enough for me to return to a limited exercise routine. Thanks for your wonderful workout, shimmy, breaststroke and all. 👏🏻💪🏼🦶🏻🙏🏻

    Hi caroline...i have been following you from quite some time..inspired by your energy level...i have RA for 10 years and its damaging my knees and elbows..can you help people with RA to get rid o inflamation..and to rebuild cartilage through exercise..specially ebows and knees..i cant tell how grateful I'll be

    I can't twist my Torso, to do the Boxer Shuffle. So, I just Box with my Arms. Like I have said, in your other Workouts, I always find a way to keep moving! Thank you for another GREAT Video. I workout with you, everyday!
