What a beautifully made looking kit ! I don't have any 1:10 4wd, this looks ideal. I love the shorter form build video. You are right, we don't need to see all 4 shocks and every screw, This is by far the only build video that I have watched right to the end :)
I raced an Optima back in the 80s. It was chain drive (belt drive was an aftermarket option) and had the red shocks rather than the gold and no undertray. Can't remember the exact model, but it was a nice car for outdoor off-road racing
I thought Hobbywing wiring colours are "Bring Your Own"? ie, Blue = A, Yellow = B and Orange = C. Micro gloss over decals seals them on. You can brush it on, but probably better sprayed.
Would love to see you build a plane! ✈️ wooden model like before all the foam took over. Anyways incredible build love this video don’t stop this incredible TH-cam channel
One day I will get a couple of Kyosho builds, I have 2 Fazors though, and a few Tamiya, but these are like three times the price of a TT-02 (just got a Boomerang delivered too, that's half the price of Kyosho). This Optima Pro would be one of a few I'd really like, such a nice looking car, such a tough decision though as they've a few great looking buggies. I love Tamiya, but these look like Tamiya on steroids, no bushings where bearings should be, oil shocks. C'mon Tamiya, sort it, it's not the 80's anymore (unfortunately , great times).
another great build video. how do we contact you guys regarding the building of subscribers kits? I have to many on the build list and would be grateful for the help 🤣🤣
So i have ended up with three types of shock pliers... Core rc that look like standard pliers but for shock shafts... Then i got a 3racing set but they look like nut crackers.. they are easier to use than the core rc... Then a set that are more of a multi tool.. shock shafts, ball ends install and remove, screw length, .. for me this type is the winner out of the three..
Damn, that's a nice kit. Those Kyosho Legendary kits go together so well.

awesome idea building cars for the lads
You've done a great job of that buggy, it looks awesome! The Kyosho kits are superb, I built a 2wd Ultima and I love it, brilliant buggy!

Looks like a pleasurable build mark, I do like Kyosho quality.
I never had one of these when they came out. I may grab one if a vintage class starts up where I race.
NOICE.!! 👍 👍 👍
Superb build, Mark 👍 Well done 👏🤝
Nice job 👍
8:15 why not use the Kyosho wrench on the rod end?

Surely them motor wires are gonna get in the way of the shocks?
Awesome build, cheahs guys!
Nice build… thinking of bringing one of these on to the Channel as quite different to Tamiya and RTR stuff
Hurrah!
Will the wires interfere with the shocks?

Kyosho has always been a top quality kit makes Tamiya look like toy grade crap
