09:46 Hot Shot unit grain train with some serious power SD40-2's really singing. What a nice surprise.

It would be a treat to sit with the chief train dispatcher on this division.

This video brought back so many wonderful memories. If only the crew-caller would ring my phone now!

What a treat. It is rare to catch SLSF action like this in Trainz. Love the realism and period equipment. You matched the rolling stock for the time period very well. Congrats on the nice touches that make this video outstanding.

Outstanding look at the SLSF. I was very interested to see how you bring up the rear-end of the first train and there you have it the last and I think coolest version of the Frisco wide-vision steel caboose. Then another surprise to see two SLSF cabooses in a train. This happened occasionally when a caboose was being transferred to/from a shop or repositioned to another division. I thought only a railroad employee would pick up on that. Good job and realistic touch on this video.

I caught the caboose realism too. Well done.

The Burlington-Rock Island would run trains with 2 cabooses on Joint Texas Division transferring a caboose to Fort Worth or maybe El Reno, OK on occasion.

After the BN purchased the Frisco you could see a Frisco caboose on the old FW&D main. A small "BN" was stenciled on an otherwise untouched Frisco paint scheme....beautiful.

Well, you wouldn’t have seen CSX auto racks in 1979, but it’s still a great video. Thumbs up.

Looking good. I can almost smell the creosote and diesel fumes. I miss the radio chatter from head-end crew to caboose which is long gone in modern railroading. You've captured "the way it was". Did you work for the Frisco? You must be a retired railroad man to remember this much operating detail. Thanks.

In real life, the horns were almost always fouled. Each one had its own unique and strange sound.

Railroading was a better place with a caboose and crew in revenue service.
