- Long time no see. Watch as I, along with my fellow med school classmates, descend into utter madness in our final finals week of medical school! We are officially done with our pre-clerkship material (until January, we will be going through a clinical bootcamp to get us ready for our rotations so no more body systems!) so there were a lot of lasts! Neurology and Psychiatry are definitely not easy...and as you'll see, medical school doesn't let you go without a fight and a few surprises along the way. Can I just say that I had a hilarious moment happen while watching yet another of your videos. My 12wk oold boy who finds tummy time on the ground boring (but has a very strong neck), decided that you video was soo interesting he lifted his head right up to try and find where the sound was coming from and held it there long enough for me to grab dad to see. Best of luck! I have a few dumb questions, so please excuse me. I don't know much about how medical school is structured. Are you guys just finishing up year 2? I watched your recent video on starting year 2, so does it only last a few months? Also, when do you guys take Step 1?

it's ok it's definitely confusing! we're on a new accelerated curriculum where we do our pre-clinical material in 18 months instead of the traditional first 2 years. That's why we're going to rotations in January. We take Step 1 and 2 after we do our whole year of core rotations in January 2023 now that step 1 is P/F so it'll prepare us more for the still scored step 2 CK

If you can you do 73 questions for endocrinology, I'm 14 and would love to know the lifestyle and ins and outs of the profession. I'm also diabetic so it'll be cool to see how one of the many doctors think about certain situations
