for anybody wondering, YES this still works. You can basically skip everything after setting up the database. Start the servers in the right order, and start the client, login and have fun.

If you dont mind, would be great to have more steps and tutorials, like how to make it online, create a patcher or how to modify a weapon stats or the buffpang. All of this is very scattered deep in the forums, and there is no clear tutorial on how to do it.

When I first tried this tutorial it worked fine, later on I messed up the databases and file paths and now the MySQL 2014 Management Studio doesn't have say Character 01 dbf, account dbf, and so on. When I try to execute the database it came with query errors, I tried reinstalling MYSQL 2014 and the studio many times but it didn't fix it. Wondering if you can help?

Its possible the file directionary for this file is just set wrong, set it in the properties of the visual studio to the correct path where you have it

You need to make sure these atools are all put inside of the resource folder, so that the Atools reads all the files directly from there, so try to copy the Atools directly inside of the resource

Heyyo! How is your configs? do you have your sql server adress in the IP? same as i have? or did you put your ip there? If you put preecicely same configs as i have, and make sure you have full control over the sql user you have (try to login on it) it should work

It's the first time i deal with this kind of topic. The problem is that in the first database file "Edit me before executing" you said we have to change the linkedserver to our own SQL Server addres, and thats what i messed up... i think. For now i changed it but if i execute the query its put out an error which says "Msg 15028, Level 16, State 1, Procedure sp_addlinkedserver, Line 82 The server 'RANKING' already exists." Do you have any ideas what i can change or am I hopelessly lost? ^^ Sorry for taking your time.

Its old, but its clean and very good for base, so you can import src functions from scratch to gain a better learning curve!

First of, get rid of msql 2014, get rid of it! You need sql server 2019, not that old thing!

Fixed: Problem = SQL server. I unninstal all (and deleted manualy the folder on C:/) and now works

nm got it, had to reload some visual basic options to get it to work that didnt see avalable my first attempt. how can i change resultion?

You need to make sure these atools are all put inside of the resource folder, so that the Atools reads all the files directly from there, so try to copy the Atools directly inside of the resource

When you install visual studio, you have in the right list two MSVC v142 - VS 2019 C++ x64/86-Buildtool ( latest ).. i have only 1.. where i get the other ?
You need to import the vsconfig that i put in the files, you cant use latest version

So i followed you step by step but when i start the .exe`s the database server always says "can not conect to the data base" do you have any ideas what cases the problem?

How is your configs? do you have your sql server adress in the IP? same as i have? or did you put your ip there? If you put preecicely same configs as i have, and make sure you have full control over the sql user you have (try to login on it) it should work
@@SpidpexServerGuides Thanks for answering. I could find out what the problem is but i'm still not abel to solve it by myself. Please excuse the inconvenience. It's the first time i deal with this kind of topic. The problem is that in the first database file "Edit me before executing" you said we have to change the linkedserver to our own SQL Server addres, and thats what i messed up... i think. For now i changed it but if i execute the query its put out an error which says "Msg 15028, Level 16, State 1, Procedure sp_addlinkedserver, Line 82
The server 'RANKING' already exists." Do you have any ideas what i can change or am I hopelessly lost? ^^ Sorry for taking your time.
@@o0cryIway0o Maybe u already have the ranking in your database from before, when you executed this command? maybe u can try to uninstall all SQL and reinstall it?

Its possible something got blocked when you downlaoded this, i suggest re-download visual studio 2019, and redownload the source and try again
En la parte que dice pause el video, verifica cada uno de los componentes de visual studio y verificalos, alli debes buscarlos de manera individual y modificar la instalación bien porque a mi me cargó cuando active lo que señala. una vez instalados pudo correr bien.

It seems you are missing the files, did you have a virus program or something on ur pc while loading the source?
@@SpidpexServerGuides I already turn off Antivirus and check all files. But still, same errors.
I already fix the problem by adding some components in VStudio. cause I'm using VS2022.
