India is said to be the birthplace of modern Polo - the sport traces its origins back to Manipur, and it is still thriving in its traditional strongholds of Jaipur and Jodhpur. Keeping this unique heritage alive and serving as a link between the past and present, the 61st Cavalry Regiment has gallantly charged through the decades, nurturing and producing some of India’s finest Polo players.
This documentary is an ode to India’s strong Polo tradition and supreme horsemanship.

@@devsingh7965 my brother, the real polo was started in Manipur. They had a different name, called "Sagol Kangjei". The modern polo was spread throughout the world after the British visited Manipur. If you're Indian, you should try to learn the real history about your neighbouring states.
