I agree that it shouldn’t matter, but there are people in the world who just need one more piece of what they consider evidence to fully believe the Gospels and to give their lives to Jesus. That was settled in my mind years ago, but I think whatever it takes to prove the existence of Jesus, his life and resurrection, needs to be done if only to win one more soul to the Kingdom of God.

The Eastern Orthodox Christian Church has always considered and venerated Mary Magdalene as “Equal to the Apostles”. So this modern notion that Christianity is anti-woman is false. In the Eastern Orthodox Christian Church you’ll see at least half the temple is painted with images of female saints.

Wouldn't we have heard rumors of who went back a year later to clean Jesus bones to put them permanently in the ossuary/bone box? This would've been talked about? an important event.

yeshua was probably the son of joseph, son of caiaphus. after all, don’t xians believe he was sacrificed on the will of his father? james tabor says yeshua’s mother married another man after joseph. maybe there was a break in the family. it might explain why caiphus had two nails in his ossuary.

So what happened to the Roman soldiers guarding the tomb (Matt:27:65-66). “ Take a guard, Pilate said, Go make the tomb as secure as possible. So they went and made the tomb secure by putting a seal on the stone and posting a guard.”? If his disciples stole his body how did they get the body when the Pharisees specifically asked for Roman soldiers to guard the tomb.Jesus was laid to rest before the Sabbath and that tomb was donated by his friend, Joseph of Arimathea. The Gospel clearly records the name of Joseph his friend( Luke 23:50-56).And the family of Jesus were poor and from Nazarene and would not have a family tomb in Jerusalem. The names of Joseph, Mary are common like Jesus. Christ name is specific too , Immanuel, (Isaiah 7:14)” Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.”

Supposed to meant for Jesus but the body on the cross dissappeared the Roman suspected the body was taken down by the desciples ,they told the Roman Jesus came to them but then ascended to heaven after seeing them a short while. The desciples only told half of the story but full story was they brought down the body the body guard were sleeping so not knowing or unaware , so the bury the body the cover the surfce as original , thinking it was Jesus body that they had buried, when Jesus came to them, he told them the body that they buried was the body of Judas Iscariot , a traitor was made to appear to look like him and was arrested, to give way for Jesus to escape the arrest in the chamber. So Jesus was saved and had not died contrarary of the belief the masses and the Romans. Jesus meeting with his followers was in a full earthly body not the surrected one as the Christians were made to believe.Paul create a doctrine of salvation from this belief of the sacrificial death on the cross the person who had called themselves as the Mukmin rather than the Christians the name they gave to the follower of Paul.

The movie, Lost Tomb of Jesus, as well as the book, both written and directed by Jacobovici and Cameron, was BOYCOTTED by every expert that they interviewed for the film. Cameron did a Hollywood take on their interviews, leaving half of the footage on the cutting room floor. Besides the fact that Jesus so-called ossuary was also discovered in 1921 in another tomb, and that Japan, Egypt & Iran all claim to be the burial place of Jesus, along with the Talpiot tomb...how many times and in how many places do non-believers want to bury Him?

What I understand is that Jesus descended to Hades after his crucifixion and death for 3 days to offer the dead souls, from the beginning of time, the opportunity of Salvation. On the third day after his death He rose from the dead, and was on earth in human flesh, for 40 days with his disciples. Then He, at the transfiguration, ascended into Heaven in Spirit, and is seated at the right hand of God, the Father. 🙏🏼✝️🙌

The actual tomb isn’t there anymore it’s been destroyed by all the centuries of war and rebuilding over and over on the site. But the site of it is there, and marked for us to see, and has been venerated over the ages! Same thing with Noah’s arc site, the ancients would visit it generation after generation, it was well known site, an early tourist attraction for ancient people. Why are they physical artificacts that have been carbon dated to preceed biblical timeline but we still ignore it all? This is Dogma, respectfully ofcourse. They see Jesus body you don’t think people would want a piece of him? They buried them where they could.

Jesus said love one another as I love you! Why denigrate and judge people! Some are not as strong as others and seeing things connected to him just might bring their hearts to him Jesus is the judge he will come soon to judge the living and the dead if you believe the story of Jesus, you will know there’s nothing of him to find; he ascended into heaven in his new glorified body and the shroud of Turin documentary is fascinating and even science can’t understand how the negative image was left on it! Now some people might see that and it might give them faith the size of a mustard seed if you love Jesus remember all people are at different stages of belief 🙏🏼🙏🏼🤍🙏🏼✝️🕊️

  • @soulspacehomestead4941

Simple question, why do we care? We focus way too much on the man Jesus because it’s easier than following his teachings. Where the tomb is, whether he was hung on a stake or a cross, is the shroud of Turin real… honesty all a waste of time when you consider that he not only taught us that death isn’t real, but actually showed us. Let’s not be worried about the man’s foot size but rather how he taught us that we could walk the same path as he did to become at one with God, THAT was the good news that he shared with us. God’s love is available to all of us just like it was to Jesus, all we need to do is ask for it with our heart not our head and each time we receive more we will become more and more loving until finally we will be perfect as our Heavenly Father is, as Jesus said. God bless you and remember that God doesn’t want the best from you, God wants the worst from you.

@@adylevene4318 I’m not part of any religion and truthfully you don’t have to be in order to connect with God. I agree that God did not create religion, it is man’s creation. So if you look at the teachings of many religions I can totally understand why you feel that there is no God. The “God” of these religions you are correct, doesn’t exist. Just because religions have portrayed God incorrectly doesn’t mean that it is God’s fault they did that. I would suggest that you ask God directly to get the actual, God honest truth. Tell God, from your heart exactly how you feel about God and really let it out. God loves the truth even when you are upset with God. After you let some of that anger go, again with a sincere heart, just say, God if you do exist and you have love to give, could you please give me some of your love? If you say this your heart open you will get a response from God guaranteed. You will be overwhelmed and afterwards you will feel a sense of piece overcome you. When you do this once, you will know two things, one is that God does exist and the other is that you can receive love directly from God. Since God is infinite God has an infinite amount of love to give you, so you may ask as much as you want. Every time you go through this process you will have more peace, joy and happiness in your life!

Simple answer: because it is in our nature to care. To learn as much as we can about those who came before us, especially those who left their mark on the world. We want to know who they were, what they wore, what they ate, where they were buried...we want to make them human, just like us. To connect with them. Because whether you believe Jesus is the son of god or a child of man, he lived, he preached, he taught goodness and peace. He left his mark on the world and people want to know where his final resting place is. Including me.

@@emotional.support.goblin it is true that God created us with curiosity as one of our many characteristics and that is certainly a blessing for us all, but sometimes we can use curiosity as an excuse for trying to deny our true emotions. If you are willing, you may consider asking yourself why you are interested in these aspects of the man himself and not what he taught. In this will find many emotions for yourself that you may not realize that you have, it’s a good exercise to do. If you are willing, please consider this, why would someone focus on the color, shape and texture of the metal on the outside of the atom bomb, yet not consider what it did that impacted the world?
