He said he would block for his receivers/backs all game and get 0 rec yards if it meant helping them win the game. For as talented as he was, you wouldn’t think he was one of the best receivers to ever play with his unselfish approach to the game and his team first mentality. I’m not a falcons fans, but I’m from Georgia and Julio will always be one of my fav players

Julio did all that work at Alabama, while we where still the old Alabama, the run it down your throat all game, 30 passes total in the whole gameplan. Julio is a GOAT in his own right.
He was a well-behaved Randy Moss with a more consistent motor, but with slightly less "jump ball" abilities. Both were incredible athletes and were monsters in their eras.
Not to mention he won a Natty with Bama, and is real awesome guy. Loves his family, doesn’t chase accolades or clout. Took him fishing once. Great day with a really cool dude.

To me he was the 2nd most physically imposing WR ever, the first being Calvin Johnson. I think Julio ran crisper routes and caught on the move better, but Calvin was better in the red zone and with high pointing the ball. To me All Time based off the numbers Julio is a top 10 WR all time. He had a stretch where he was the clear cut best WR in football for 3 years and I think for any HOF type guy that should be a requirement. His TD production was the only thing lacking for a player of his caliber. An absolute monster on the field.
