Tried this recipe and it came out really well. Only change I did was added capsicum some where at the end as I didn't want it to get over cooked. Recipe is excellent!
Awesome recipe... I was in real hunger and kept keema since morning it took me only an hour to cook and ahaaaaaa..... Tummy is blessed ... Thank you so much for this recipe
Ever since I stumbled upon this recipe, I have made it with ground turkey, chicken, lamb and beef...it has all turned out to be so good!! This is a no fail recipe. I have tried it with/without butter, with/without mint leaves, with/without capsicum and with/without milk or cream, everytime this recipe delivers..
I always follow this recipe whenever i want to cook qeema...it tastes delicious... We really love it.. Thankyou so much for this beautiful and easy recipe
I searched this recipe so I could use up some ground lamb in my freezer. It is SO DELICIOUS! I substituted some heavy cream and coconut milk for regular milk, and served it on riced cauliflower to make it LOW carb. I will definitely save this recipe and will check out more recipes from "Get Curried".
Hey Smita, this is an awesome recipe. You are an awesome cook, I love watching your coastal Mangalorean/Karwari/Goan recipes. You make them seem so easy. Thanks. You're the best.
I made it 2 weeks back , my entire family loved it , so today m making it again for the 2nd time, though i made it in pressure cooker, the taste was really yummy and awesome.. Thanks Smita, as u keep posting such simple recipes which are easy to cook with the available ingredients at home.. ur egg ghotala is also my family's favorite, i make it the way u had shown in marathi , really u r wonderful chef👍👌

I was randomly going through some keema recipe and my eyes fell on your recipe, first of maam you are very elegant and you are extremely preety and so is your of explaining the recipe...best wishes
This has become a staple weekend favourite in my home !! And the milk really does help, you need to allow it to simmer as she says and it really tastes amazing with parathas !! 😋😋
I tried this today.. just skipped the mint because no one likes it flavour in my family rest everything same and it came out delicious 😋 ❤️ thank you chef
Thank you so much for this recipe. I have made this dish a few times now. Only difference is I leave out the cloves and add lots of chopped spinach (my fave keema combination) and it turns out perfect every time. I just made another pan ful this evening. My family love it 😊
Thanks for that! I left out the cloves too, as I didn't have any. I didn't know I could add spinach. I also omitted the butter as I am on a diet! Still tasted amazing!
I made it today. The recipe is very good and simple to make. And the taste is awesome and yummy. One of the few recipe which delivers what is promised.Really tasty
I had about 500 gms mince leftover and made it this way. Very very nice. Thank you my family loved it. I think the milk at the end changed t up from my usual...
Yum. What made this video more interesting is that this lady here introduced the ingredients while adding them, SAVING TIME. Great for ppl like me who’re not very patient with tutorials 😄
Hi mam, I made this today just everyone loved it. My hubby appreciated me alot for making this dish.. I have used milk n also curd half ratio.. It just turned amazing. Everyone must try
Just made it in a wok.... lovely tasty recipe with the hint of fresh mint flavour coming through. A perfect tawa keema! Never would I think of adding milk but yes it works!
I've made this multiple times now....just divine....lots of love and gratitude to Seema-tai and the dhaba-wala kind enough to share the recipe if he did. Else Seema-tai - fantastic reverse engineering.
Great recipe, wasn't sure about the milk but I went ahead and did 50/50 milk and natural yogurt and it came very nice. Was looking for something a bit different to standard keema curry and found this one to be a great alternative. Thanks once again.. :)
Wow! Six years back I was in NZ. How did I miss. Anywaz, thanks. Your mouth was watering. Clearly I could see that. Time to cook kheema. A question 'was the milk hot or normal' you missed that.
Just made this for the first time ever. Only thing I didn’t have was the fresh Coriander leaves. It was AMAZING with pita bread. Add the milk ! Makes all the difference 🌶🤤🤤🤤
I tried this a couple of years back and ever since had been my favourite - I don’t add the milk as I fear it will spoil my spice but will try on a small portion to check. The coriander makes all the difference for any Indian mutton or chicken dishes
Hey everybody! Saw a lot of people commenting/wondering about milk being added to the kheema. Let me tell tou, I tried adding milk once and then once I added curd also. The recipe where I added milk turned out more tastier and creamer. Curd is also good. But milk one is awesome 👌
I tried this recipe but substituted milk with yoghurt. It has turned out great and possibly one of the best keema dishes I have had. The ingredients are simple although the ginger garlic paste is a bit tedious to make. Dont complicate things by thinking too much, if you are worried about the milk, use yoghurt instead. Great recipe chef.
I'm trying this today, using the proportions in the subtitles, and not what I am hearing from the author (3-4Kg of Lamb LOL!). Really looking forward to this!! Thank you
I cooked this last night and it was amazing. So much so, that I cooked 3lb for a dinner party. Great recipe and proportions. I think when it comes to the onions/pepper/tomato, keep in mind if you are in the US, our veggies tend to be much larger LOL! I'm subscribed for more!
Hello mam, You have done it so beautifully that the viewer cannot resist himself/herself to jump on it... Seems so yummy.. Lovely recipe lovely presented.
Hello Ma'am, I am a newbie at cooking. Can you please let me know the flame at which this should be cooked. Should I cook it at high flame in the beginning and lower it towards the end...
Smita, I tried this recipe and this is the best Kheema recipe I have come across. I used to cook with peas but your recipe with mint and capsicum was something else. Received so many compliments on the dish. Thank you so much.
I made this exactly as the recipe requires and it turned out really well. The guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The milk gives it a uniquely delicious touch. Mwah!!
Why people are so mad over milk , there are so many mutton recipies where you add milk , if some 5 star cheff makes a recipe and adds milk you won't even know , the milk evaporates and adds texture in recipie .
