OK sis ..🎉I’m gonna do the ADF challenge with you but I’ll do my preferred method the modified alternate day fasting …I find I lose the same amount of weight with the small 500 calorie meal 🥘..and I’ve perfected so many little meals ..they keep me full and happy..on the down days when I feel I can push through without the 500 calorie meals I’ll do so 🎉
I already do ADF 5:2 but I want to do this challenge with you. I follow colleen and her group too. It's always best to start with a feast day you'll feel more motivated

Are you going to have a full feeding day after the 36 hour fast. The refeed is just as important as the fast according to doctors and those knowlegeable in fasting, It keeps your metabolism going. Your body will not hold on to weight for fear of famine,
@@Kim2See Yes ma’am! I am currently doing a Costco run now for high protein items, for my re-feed days. I am not doing Omad for those feast days, I will be eating like normal so that fat can melt away
@@kimberlybarnaba9445 So….. Everyone has been saying to feast on the first, but, I think I want to fast only because that Saturday Ill be at my Dads house and Im sure he will want to eat something or somewhere together. Otherwise I would definitely start my fast only the 2nd
