Hi Sir, I am from farming background but own only 1.25 acre of land. Wanted to buy at least 5 acre of land after going to job. Now, post covid, price went more than 30L per acre(kundadam/dharapuram area). Now, its impossible to buy. Feeling really sad.
True Sir, Buying farmlands is slowly becoming out of reach for salaried middle class people. The prices have skyrocketed in the past 24 months.
Now days it is not advisable to buy agri land ,because there are so many problem s beyond our control, by the by the govt is also not only fixes reasonable prices but alsonot properly implemented it,apart from this there are so many problems whicy cannot solve by our self, that why most 0f the people want to dispose their lands

Shall buy agri land by taking loan? I want to buy at least 4 acres of land. I am from farming background and own 1.25 acre of agri land. Want to buy at least 4 acre before my retirement. Thought it is an easy job but, post COVID praise are unrealistic. Need your suggestion to buy or not. Wanted to do agriculture post retirement but 1.25 acre is not enough. I earn 75k per month. Even thought I save 50k per month I can't save 1C in next 5 years. Don't know how much would be the land price after 5 years.
Not a good idea. If your earning is 75K, how will you repay the loan? You can't get 20 yr long term loans like the home loans.
