You can on 1688 but you should know how to buy things directly on 1688 yourself if not you will be needing two agents, the one that will buy goods for you and the one that will ship it for you.
Hi Aslam, shipping rate per KG from a Nigerian shipping agent is between 7-9USD and 500Naira per Dollar but if you source agent from China it could be about the same rate per kg but different exchange rates 400Naira to Dollar. It all depends on your bargaining power when it comes to Chinese shipping agents.
When your order was shipped did you require any custom clearance fee? was it a door to door shipment or you went to pick it up from a warehouse. Secondly how long was the duration before you got it?

It depends on your agreement with them, but it is advisable you pay with USD within Alibaba so that your transaction can be protected with trade assurance!

Hi Abike, For Taoba and 1688 you need Alipay account to effect transactions. Only Alibaba accepts Naira Master card.

No, the shipping company does the clearing for you.
Did they ship to Lagos or they can ship to my state directly
They ship to Lagos, Kano and Abuja, they may ship to other states, just enquire from them.
