Just pulled out a whole loin that I put in a ham brine. Turned out wonderful. Best smoked ham ever. Really appreciate especially it since I live in Iowa and there is a blizzard happening!!! Really grateful as i was one of the first one hundred (#81) to back it...........very nice price!!! :)

Great product! I am amazed at the bark and smoke flavor I get. I was hoping it would be good to use to try out new recipes, and it's great. Well done, do you have a larger model in the works?
I’m interested in a beer can chicken rack, but you never wanna cook with a can of beer that’s been painted or lacquered inside. Could you make the rack that doesn’t use a can? Maybe an accessory for the Beer canned chicken rack would be a stainless steel tube that would be the size of the can.
Love mine but I need to find pellets that gives a better smoke flavor that is closer to my outdoor smoker. But you have me intrigued with your indoor chili 6:21
To add to this, it has been interesting designing the Smoker, smoke levels, etc. to be adjustable to many different people's tastes. Some people are incredibly sensitive and can taste the tiniest amount of smoke and others seem almost immune and want as much smoke flavor as physically possible. The range on people's smoke preferences has been eye opening to say the least. Good luck on finding your perfect pellets.

I did a leg of lamb in mine today. 5 hours at 200F with a smoke level 5 *chefs kiss*

I like two different ones. There's a competition grade called Cameron's BBQ and Barrel & Vines BBQ wine wood

not in the near future, but beyond that, we don't know.
