- There's no better feeling in the world than to do something yourself... Being that I ride primarily on the road I have been looking into a street tire... Today I was able to change the ride of my SurRon by changing the tires from a dirt tread to a street tread... Best part I was able to do it on my own... Its better to have a second set off hands to help but thankfully I was able to di it myself...

To keep the Surron steady on the stand, I use a nylon adjustable strap under the stand and through the empty battery compartment, pulled tight - 2 straps were on my LBX when it arrived packed in the box. I seen guys use clamps on gas bikes on stands for same purpose. Thanks Mr E - I'm looking for street tires for mine also.

@@mr.e_from_nyc unfortunately no instagram. I also have the TORP TC500 and I can tell I lost a bit of low end torque but overall the tc500 is amazing with the stock 60v. Maybe I should’ve slapped on a 54t but didn’t want to lose top speed. Decisions decisions. Need a 72V asap

A ratchet strap is useful in keeping the bike on the stand while doing this.

I turn my bikes upside down, and then I use handlebar jacks so the brakes and the screen don't get in the way when changing my tyres or fixing a flat
Do you have hydronic brakes on your bike…?
@mr.e_from_nyc Yes, I do, but once my bike is upright again, it soon comes back to normal

Yes… 🙌💯🙌 I used the stock rim… I was going to go with a smaller wheel and tire combo but my budget at the moment isn’t allowing lol 😝 soon tho I will change everything…. Maybe when I go 72 volts… 💪
