hello ; great video ! but still : i was told at my summer ice camp that you were suposed to draw the left foot until it reaches approx the same level of the picking foot and then jump and rotate. In the video your left foot takes off very early ! is that because its quite difficult to draw the foot off ice ?

One thing you can do is to push with the leg infront to simulate the horizontal speed
