    Today is all about the flip jump technique. I am going to share my off-ice drills and exercises that will help you master the basics of the single flip jump and prep for the double and triple. Adding multiple rotations to your jumps require a strong foundation so do not forget your basics.     I was scratching my head about how to fix my leg with all right foot jumps, i even asked my coach and you did it lol
    I might do tremendous progress during this quarantine, genuinely, thanks you so much!!!

    This was the first video I've found so far on how to do a flip that does a great job breaking the set up down. I always wondered and struggled with figuring out: a) how the weight shift works to get the left leg in the air for the jump, b) how the jumping leg works, and c) how to coordinate everything together. Going to watch the How To: Toe Loop now - that is my most awkward-feeling jump, so looking forward to finally "getting" it with your great breakdowns! THANK YOU!!!
