After spending over a decade in veterinary medicine, Chance completed his nursing degree in 2015 and began his first nursing job in the surgical trauma ICU at a level 1 hospital in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. After several years he returned to school to complete his MSN in education, with a focus on instructional design. Since then, he has served as an NCLEX Prep Author, Curriculum Director, and VP of Learning at Nursing. Com and now works as a Clinical Informatics Educator back at the hospital that he started his career.
