Thanks for all the love guys, quick update to this: Siphon is even better than I initially thought so if the enemy has a long range character like Vindicta or Grey Talon you almost always wanna buy it and even against other heroes there is nothing wrong with running it over Vampiric!

I've been running siphon bullets with your old build. Its so good. I was getting it early after Intensifying Mag.
It's even better now with all the snipers and long range engagements!

thanks for your guides, they are really very informative. I like the items choices too. I don't have problems in lane at all, but no matter what I do, I can't seem to be strong enough in late game as wraith. It always feels like I am at a disadvantage, the enemies are all tanky and have enough damage, and i always have to fight against multiple enemies, or they just disengage easily and we lose.
people were shitting on me for being too sweaty with this build... ive played like 13 games lmao. guess it just shows how op this build is.
Monster rounds are insane for some lanes tho when you get pushed to tower constantly
Yeah and for split pushing later, taking their towers 30% faster is great.
Very Solid. I have 230 games with wraith, I would just add extra duration, after escalating res. increase duration of all your items/ ult/full auto/vampiric burst/escalating res/ intensef mag.
Would be appreciated to discuss a bit about how to play from behind vs even vs ahead if you would still play the build the same or not
I was thinking the same thing. Getting a build and watching one game can only teach you so much..
wraith is like seven u can't really be behind once the jungle spawn. If ur lane is aids then give up guardian and safe farm at walker, rotate to a nearby jungle after every 1-2 creep waves. Upgrade ur 2 once and u can be pretty safe, don't push past middle and just farm.
I do have quite a few vod rfeviews that go over different scenarios and I think in 2 of them I talk about playing from behind but I'll also def discuss this more in future videos!

I run a very similiar build but i love to buy headshot booster super early cause its just insane for pressuring and poking the enemy. Works great against everything except mo and krill mega heal.
I see in the newest update of this build (Nov. 3) you added back monster rounds; I'm curious about what brought you back around on those?
The speed of the early early farm usually makes up for the 250 soul loss I get by selling it (usually for swift striker) but I think this is really close either way.
How do you approach late game when the team has upped their bullet resist and are focusing on melting you first.
Played a game where I was shredding for the first half, but then would die very fast in late game. Was trying reprioritize to be more tanky but then couldn't deal with the other team
This build is already really tanky as is, if the enemy runs a lot of metal skin, Siphon bullets can really help for the sustain otherwise just shoot whoever is not metal skinned :D
@@MetroDeadlock ya for sure. I guess I'm this game I was getting caught by multiple people so it was more a positioning issue.
Why did you remove mystic slow? It's a great item to survive

Not a bad build by any means just my two cents:
As good as swift striker might seem on paper, I never use it. Also -5% bullet resist may not seem much but it will quickly accumulate.
Active reload gives you less downtime during a reload, meaning more dps on top of the clutch lifesteal which saved me in countless scenarios (especially combined with infuser, people aren't ready for that sustain). Besides, if you want the fire rate to assassinate, prepare a quick reload before engaging in a 1v1 and you have what you want from Swift Striker with more damage and sustain overall.
Soul Shredder Bullets would also scale a lot better especially with the Full Auto ability, basically a no-brainer. And even without the +22% from Swift Striker, you anyway end up with an absurd amount of rpm which is enough to shred pretty much anything.
Do you still use Quicksilver Reload along with Active Reload?
news flash good wraiths don't reload. Titanic mag and quicksilver. Especially if you go vampiric/fleetfoot
@@davidjvalienteNo, even with the focus on more of a gun build, mystic items i usually always buy would be: Infuser & Extra Charge (even with the card nerfs, I prefer having more cards to poke and finish off Player/camps throughout the game, really helps with clearing camps, monster rounds are a waste of a slot imo)
If I lane against haze, Suppressor is a must buy otherwise I buy Bullet Resist Shredder and Mystic Vulnerability, synergizes well and once upgraded to Escelating Exposure sometime in the late game, other items come first, it slaps paired with Full Auto.
@@G0ML666im not even sure what you mean by that, everyone needs to reload, gun based heros especially benefit from less downtime. With active reload you actively decide when to use unlike with quicksilver, you get way more consistent value out of active reload since you will 9/10 use the majority of your cards to open up, making that reload of quicksilver pointless or simply less controllable. If you put it on full Auto and you wait for your mag to empty before popping you're also wasting dps
To say good wraiths don't need to reload is like saying good sevens don't need spirit power. It's literally what the hero is designed for, constant dps which is perfectly complimented by a fully controllable active reload, not to mention the bullet lifesteal which makes you pretty much unkillable
@@blubblub346 the reason we don't use active reload is because its a yellow. There are much better yellow items and slots is the issue. Gunwraith cards don't do much dmg and purples have space. So u can allocate an instant reload plus atk speed on the 2nd mag. So u would ult shoot half a mag then throw ur cards for reload
I've been running into a lot of really powerful Abrams and Infernuses with tons of lifesteal. Is healbane or toxic bullets enough or should I stack multiples? Is there anything else I can add to help in your opinion?

You don't have to get everything. Just let the team know ur getting toxic and have someone else get healbane/decay
Stacking anti heal is usually overkill for wraith since u already do insane damage. I would also recommend trying toxic+siphon since siphonb bullets take away hp they cant replenish!
So like what are you selling for any of these late game items. You dont always have 4 flex slots. If you are behind and say theres an infern and abrams and giest is ahead. You bought spirit armor and toxic bullets, what does that mean no vampiric? Or no siphon? Or unstoppable? I guess my question is, when you are in late game dealing with 2-3 flex slots, what are the items in each slot that go first? Appreciate your thoughts metro!
As I mentioned in the video, first items I'd sell are mystic burst, then extra spirit. If you need a green slot, extra stamina or sprint boots first (I like extra stamina over boots so usually that). For orange, you really avoid selling anything since they are all core but if you have to, get rid of swift striker in lategame.
If you go for toxic or siphon, that does mean instead of vampiric usually yes, but u can run both. the game is usually over before u get more than 2 6200 items!
How do you bind your active items to scroll wheel without affecting the shop scrolling ??
I don't, I just dont have to scroll for the builds I use :D
imp cool down is definitely worth its not just for the tesla but for ur abilities and items. As gun build wtf do you need mystic burst or extra charge? Ur cards are to proc quicksilver reload. Also I would recommend getting monster rounds it will make ur laning and jungle phase much better. Other than that its a good build 9/10
Cards are the main damage that wins you the lane and they will still make up about 25% of your overall damage at the end of the game so investing into some early spirit is almost needed.

in a late game would yoy recommen switching swift striker with burst fire?
Late game you sell it for a 6k item like Soul Rebirth, Unstop etc.
Shadow weave OP
Is Quicksilver Reload really worth it if you are going Titanic Magazine a bit later after it? I found it's use case was very rare with a large mag even with a higher fire rate cuz you want to throw cards before the opponent runs away anyhow. (Vampiric Burst also becomes an alternative to reloading late game).
yes so you can do creeps early-mid game
It's mostly for early-mid game u can sell it later down the line if you want but its still worth to shoot for 5 years in a row without reloading!
You’re making a lot of sense but I guess I don’t see what you’re selling for. Qsr is really great for farming when you buy it and definitely falls off a little bit later but it’s still among the best purples for gun wraith IMO
Wraith shouldn't need shadow weave basically ever.

I'm also a Shadow Weave Wraith enjoyer. It's just a different playstyle. Less team reliant, more split push focused.
I've lost count of how many times I've pushed a lane and ganked whoever shows up to fix it. That then either leads to easy Walkers, or more enemies coming to defend which opens the map up for the rest of the team.
@@fengxie9771 it's a crutch. Try a couple games without it. You don't need to be literally invisible to ambush, and win a quick 1v1
@@Heskeyali1 This is how I play Wraith, and it doesn't need Shadow Weave at all. You can use that slot for something more impactful. The only time it might be helpful is if more then two players show up to defend walker in which case Shadow Weave might be a better escape option.
@@everynone1849 I respectfully disagree. I don't want to get into a back and forth with you, as stuff like this is completely subjective.
In my experience, whilst Shadow Weave is not essential to the split push/gank playstyle, for me it is without a doubt the best item in the game for it. Slowing Hex/Silence Glyph/Curse + Ult out of Shadow Weave is a guaranteed kill on any hero, with little to no counterplay.
I can't say the same for any other combination of items. I understand the drawbacks to it, especially when compared to other items like Vampiric Burst, and perhaps it is a crutch, but I'm not striving to be a professional Deadlock player. I just wanna have fun and win, and Shadow Weave Wraith is fun and wins me games.
U said fire rate is big deal, surprise active reload is not on the list

cuz one is 1250 and one is 6200? In terms of 6200s there are better ones for gun wraith
