Easy to understand, perfect with contrasting colours (even better as my knit colour is also blue), and it will be easi to remember "over one, under two". Now I'm less afraid of mistakes!
This is great! Thank you. And I do enjoy a good rhyme. (Interestingly, it's very similar to what I chant if I make a fisherman's knot/"magic knot": "Over one, under two, down and through"). Doing a brioche hat now, so this will come in handy! 🙂

My favorite mistake to make happens on purl side when I mindlessly complete a purl stitch after a yarn over instead of just slipping the stitch. And for some reason I get into trouble the third row into any new project. Just jinxed.
