I make a lot of pie (pizza) at home and find many good ideas here, keep it up. Tip: If you want to make affordable pie at home, buy your ingredients at a restaurant supply store that is open to the public. Example; The bread flower Nicole uses can be found at your local store for around $10.00 for 5 lbs, at a restaurant supply chain the same quality bread flour can be found for $15.00 for 25 lbs. You should buy storage containers with burpable lids too while you're there.
would recommend vacuum plunger lids. keeps air and moisture out. very handy if you live in a high humidity area. never know restaurant supply stores were open to the public. thanks, i'm going to see what i can find.
