- In this video all the cows go through the chute to get their fall vaccinations. After that, half will stay at the ranch and the other half are off to the winter pasture!

Good day Tyler! 🙋🏻♀️ Thanks for sharing. I got a chuckle with the first cows that you brought over to the winter pastures, when they got out of the trailer they gave you a look like, “Really?! Where’s the grass?” Like they were looking forward to going over there, but we’re disappointed when they didn’t see taller grass, lol 😊. You’re a good at your husbandry of your farm and animals. Knowing even the personality of the cows. That takes a love of what you’re doing. Hope you and your family are happy and healthy. Again thanks for sharing 😃

I hear you about 'psycho cow' loud and clear. The ones that worried me the most were the hyper protective mothers that wanted to stomp you as soon as you were within 50 yards of their calf.
Yepper....people think only rain and sun affects work schedules...mud affects work schedules.

Oooh sweet Buddy❤ He's been a sweet boy since the day he was born and he became a bottle calf!🥰 I saw a weather forecast yesterday that said a lot of rain was headed to northern CA next week. Hopefully, it will go further down the chute so you will get rain too. Good work Tyler. That's a lot of cattle to vaccinate and move all by yourself!💪😘

Good thinking on your corral system - makes the world of difference. Love that semi circle you use - brilliant. Always got to have a 54 or 12. Your cattle have what I would call - good formation. They are well taken care of and it shows.

So far I’ve only got a cat on camera thank goodness! Haven’t finished the bale wagon yet, look for an update in the next week!

do you do this all by yourself ? me and a few friends do it together and we get a lot done really fast. there is always someone laden them in the shoot and the two people vaccinating and castrating, and then a person writing down the weight.

Is the winter pasture used throughout the year for pasture for other animals? Just wondering why there is such a lack of grass if it is only used as a winter pasture. Just curious.
They grazed it down short last spring and with no summer rain in this area that’s what was left
