- Christian and I wrapped up the Ranger and finally handed it off to the owner Ryan. He is beyond stoked and we are happy he can finally go have fun in the desert with it. Don't worry, it will be back soon enough to get short course links!

CK_32 I just picked a 2000 ranger up and have the same PS wine? Your comment makes it sound like that’s a normal thing? Or should I be worried?
Luke Scholey it’s normal for all Fords from the early 90’s to early ‘00’s. The PS pumps in all of their cars trucks and SUV’s from the time whine weather the pump is are good or bad.
Don’t worry about it at all. All of them have it. If they don’t they will sooner or later.

Makes me miss my rangers. My 94 had the I-beams and I can’t believe how much I take them for granted now that I have a 16 Silverado.

Im not gonna lie...saw the LS in the 150 and thought "oh no, more of these guys". Then I saw your haircut and rolled my eyes. But out of curiosity, I clicked more and more videos. Not ashamed to admit I was incorrect in the "swap parts guys" category in which I put you. Your skills are above the hacks I thought I was going to watch....and not once did I hear "bro bro bro bro..." in the video. Keep it up.

Pretty wicked bend in that steering rod, i always double wall or gusset rods that need that much bend. Cool little front end though, love rangers

Wow, Thats impressive. I would kill to have somthing along the lines of a prerunner style build done to my 2001 extended cab dakota sport 4x4 4.7L Magnum. One day i hope to have it built like that ranger that would be such a sick time.

it is 3/16 5051 aluminum!
looks like plumber built it not designer ugly, but form follows function in fab department. An apprentice plumber in training(simple is fine/good enough, post & beam still works but we usually cover it up in NOW).
To keep the bed from hitting, try lifting the bed up and adding your own body lift to it. Fabricate about 4 steel cubes with holes in the center so you can mount the bed back on, and weld them to the frame. So not only do you have a homemade lift, but also enough space for less rubbing

I wouldn't weld like them. Those are some really bad welds. And only spot welding joints? Its like they want this to fall apart the first time it goes off road.

I'd love to know what exactly did he do to "massage" the chrome grille to fit that Ranger. I have a 94 that I wanna install a 97 grille to but not sure how to go about getting it to fit.
What was done to the rear end then? Just stock with better shocks or what?
Does having equal length beams make the ride height a lot lower? Looks like it has a low stance . I could be wrong

How much do you charge to build a front suspension like that on my ranger?
Love the progress on the Ranger and how y’all are working on a truck that is kinda budget friendly. Just curious if y’all are gonna do a rear suspension setup on that Ranger or if it’s only getting a front suspension. Love the vids keep pumping them out.
it will get a short course link setup in the rear eventually. And that was one of the things I was pumped about on this build, it is still pretty affordable !
