LoL that was the exact thing i told my friend today 😂 i said i would use high settings and cap the fps to 30 to lower the load on the cpu and raise gpu usage to the maximum and honestly this will be a great experience miles better than the PS4 experience for sure

Perhaps you have slower RAM and with higher CAS Latency (CL).

Rx 560 and rx 560x both provide same performance, Very low settings, fsr 2.2, 10 to 15 fps, max 18-20 fps on just exploring no action
