It’s lovely how no 2 fiddler players are the same as you use pauses and straight lilts, I tend to throw Ornamentation and mordents around like confetti 🎉🎊 Sharon Corr has a straight edge like celtic etudes, Martin Hayes likt’s his slides and creates a different dynamic Irish fiddlers are individual

Fabulous lesson. Thank you for the musical examples that you include in your speech, this allows (for non-English speakers) to reinforce and better understand your musical ideas or words. And you produce a captivating sound. Thanks again.💐

Very, very good! This Scottish melody is beautiful and reminds me so much of a certain type of Italian baroque music.

This was very helpful. I never thought about my fiddle needing to breathe, but it makes a lot of sense. In order for it to sound like it's singing it's got to have those breaths.
Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts and knowledge with us.

Thank you so much! I am working on this tune with my instructor (help! She's making me play 4th finger A in the B section! 😉). This is such a wonderful supplement; thank you again!

Thank you very much for the lesson. While the fiddle bits were very interesting, I was surprised at your singing voice, it was really good. I do hope that you sing folk songs as well as play, it would be a shame not to.
