There’s nothing better than living in a mansion. I’ve been lucky and lived in several.
The maintenance gets expensive FAST.
But at the end of the day it’s worth it if you can afford it.

@diaanvanmarwijk The major double bedrooms would each have 2 bathrooms called his and hers bathrooms. Then one bathroom for each of the minor bedrooms. Then a couple of "powder rooms" sometimes called half bathrooms.
It's called having the rich lifestyle💯 The more the better and more convenient.When your poor you don't have EXTRA BATHROOMS you have to share a single bathroom.Theres mansions that have even more bathrooms than seven and it's only four to five people living in it.With riches comes an abundance of plentiful.This is why when you purchase a mansion you have to afford it 10 to twenty times over the purchase price cause maintenance of grounds and upkeep of property not to mention utility bills plus property taxes will get you evicted for not doing the math!💯

Hahahahaha In San Diego a one bedroom/No basement stucco property near Balboa Park starts around 700,000 if that gives you any idea how inflated prices are there. One wonders if even the electric is of current code. To see some of these prices makes me giggle!
can't believe some are so cheap, got a house near us going for sale, been empty for 25 yrs, it;s a pull down, they want 80-859K, block is only 20mx30m. it's going to cost 900K for a standard 2 story home and we're in the burbs.

Does Canada have a property tax law like the US? If so, there is your answer. Plus the fact that properties like this might be flooding the market with it being a buyer's market ATM.
@@YouChwb My guess, is French law divisions of estates, divorces in fragged families, high income taxes, mosquitoes and humidity, old wiring, no local trades without having a ground loop, technicalities harboring ungrateful domestic help, the absence of local non government cultural friends, necessity of a paired snowbird mansion in Florida, stuff like that, ah, ...oh, and forget everything I said, just replace it with frog tape?

What doesn't make any sense you mention rooms and don't show it. You shouldn't mention it if you're not going to show it. Make longer video show more of each home. Half ass it isn't working, I can't watch anymore of these videos.
Your way off on a lot of the prices that you’re quoting a considering this is a new video, if you want to make a video of homes make a video homes but don’t quote the wrong prices that they are listed for in MLS !
