      Thanks a lot, Paul. The magnifier and super fine brush really came in handy!

    Good job, Thomas! I always liked the design of this car, even though it's far from special mechanicaly. Seems to be a good kit.

      Oh yeah, it was a striking design and had good ideas but very much style over substance

    This looks fantastic! Nice work on those wires too. Also love the bit of info about the mustang 😅

      Haha yeah - it showed that they wanted the DeLorean more than just going for easy money. A Mustang does appear in the 2015 bit of part 2 though.

    Where was the kit from Kentmodel only have part 3 kits. Looking to do a build along watching your tutorial 👍

      Kent models did have the others available but maybe not any more. I think Jadlam might have them or you can also find them sold new on eBay.

    This is a sweet looking model :>
    I wonder if there is a stock DeLorean available, or can one be built from this kit?

    • @BOABModels
      @BOABModels  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks a lot! Crazily, there isn't a standard DeLorean kit. I think you'd be able to make one from this with some sanding and filling. You'd need to add the louvres to the rear window though.

    Hello did you paint the inside the roof?

    • @BOABModels
      @BOABModels  ปีที่แล้ว

      I think I did it in the same colour as the seats. You can't really see it once it's altogether though.

    1:16 heh someone should build a BTTF time machine out of a foxbody Mustang :D

    what color did you use for the stainless steal body.

      I used Tamiya TS-30 silver leaf - I then gave it a bit of a polish (no wet sand) using Tamiya fine polish just to simulate the brushed finish.
