Excellent presentation. To the point without gimmicks. One thing I would like to do is be able to take a light reading with a flash meter. I have the older Sekonic model but unceratin if I can do this without a lead or not. Maybe I add it attach it to a EL slave trigger with a small lead and it will fire the pack..maybe I have answered the question myself?
Thank you for the guide. How does the pack assign power settings when only one head is plugged in? Does it recognize when you have just one head connected?
do you know why the percentage would go down instead of up? It went all the way down to 0% and still says please wait. It has been plugged in for quite a while now (overnight).

Very helpful and well articulated
Perfect guide, Thanks a lot!
do you have a video like this for the elb500?
How long the battery keeps for continuous light?

Can you charge the battery while it’s still connected to the quadra pack?
Officially it is not mentioned. But in my own experience it actually can be charged while working. The charger is powerful enough.
My ELB400 seems to be in battery auto recovery - precharging...(65%///stuck on that number)
so how would I adjust settings so that I could go above SS250 for action photos?
You’d need the hi speed head. I have the action head which is great for freezing motion but you still can’t shoot above 1/250th of a second
I can't even get the battery to turn on. It just keeps saying that it is in battery auto recovery.
