My is mk3 has been great…. I actually use mine more than any other …. But it’s taken some hits as well eating shit pushing it too hard in night shooting…. Lol but I’m well over 5k… mine has a perfect illuminator with no halo so guessing it’s one of those things gotta get luck idk…. But I’d trust my life with it….

Im a Contractor trust me your buying the name. They're great but should be cheaper, but can't charge government so much then us pay less. That's what your paying for.
@@TBunInd5 months did you get the 900 dollar one or the 480 ? . The lead time on 480 said 8 to 12 weeks is it really a year fuck . I bought both a somogear and a invisible sight . The somogear is going on a MP5K and the better on a geissele super duty. I already have a full power peq15 on my MK18 and a civilian Dbal A3 on another rifle . My somogear peq15 is actually on a airsoft clone of my MK18 so i can train more under nods im limited on where i can shoot real steel at night time .

I was wondering what is the difference between the two and which is the better choice. Cannot find any info on the differences between VCSLL & ELL. THANKS.
VCSEL is objectively better than EEL in every way because it's the newer gen technology in laser diodes. Doesn't matter if it's in ngal or any other unit. You can literally Google it there's tons of info online about their differences.@@rbi1776
Does the Invisible Sight NGAL Illuminator get wider than the Somogear? From what I hear, Invisible Sight is a Somogear technician out of Hong Kong that builds them in his free time.
I dont know actually. but what i do know is he's been making lams since 2010 as IS. soo way before somo came out. doesnt make sense for a guy with his own company wasting time to help another company make money when simply just cranking out your own units for more money. thats just me.
so potting means In electronics, potting is a process of filling a complete electronic assembly with a solid or gelatinous compound for high voltage assemblies by excluding gaseous phenomena such as corona discharge, for resistance to shock and vibration, and for the exclusion of water, moisture, or corrosive agents. When such materials are used only on the components, it is referred to as encapsulation. if you go to the search bar and type in potting electronics (boards, capacitors etc etc) youll know what potting on their website means. has nothing to do with the color or finish of the unit's exterior. So the dirty look im talking about is, if you ever looked at a NGAL in person youll know what im talking about. the outter finish (on the body) looks like they got a darker shade of brown and smeared it with a small brush.

@@dannyoflyria no, Mk4. I'm getting the first Mk4 units. He just got the new parts and components in. He told me that I'll be receiving the Mk4 NGALs. I ordered 2 of them in July.

Would add to this a general recommendation pros/cons over the real thing. The IS seems a good medium between the real deal and the somogear.
