Rakugaki Mario - Tower of Giants (Boss Portion) and Credits

You can use the cape to skip the powerup filter before the boss, allowing you to take an extra hit. I didn't end up taking a hit though, which is a surprise for how chaotic this boss can be. I guess I just got lucky with the attacks I got (and also lucky with that one glitched attack where nothing flew in from the sides of the screen).
