Hey guys, I´ve been following POS since the very beginnings. Langel is a beast (he still is) but I had the chance to meet Leo. Let me tell you something. He's far beyond a good musician. He cares about his public and he does it carefully. His singing is amazing and look how he approximates to old POS songs. He´s not just and interpreter, that´s why I like his playing a lot. Whether we like it or not we`re mostly mathematics of music...he does something different man... Enjoy
Wow, I'm amazed that the original was recorded without a click. Of course, Johan Langel was a beast. Thanks for this video! You're one of my favourite drummers, man.
I'm not sure how the hell I didn't know your channel, but I'm glad I found it out today. Thanks for this and all of the other playthrough videos you put out. You're an incredible player and PoS is one of my fave bands
i just started getting back into PoS since Scarsick and man am I happy to see you on board after seeing all your videos. I wish drummers out there had the same effort as you have in producing such videos. Cheers from Malaysia.
Super !
Also I'm glad you guys are playing this song live, I saw you here in Porto Alegre (south of Brasil) and was pleasantly surprised when Daniel started the tapping riff for Idioglossia. Also you killed it on the vocals for Don't Talk To Strangers!
Thank you for this, Léo! I Am also a drummer who lost the main incomes here in Brazil, so I know a lot what You Are feeling now! Take Care of yourself, good Luck meanwhile! A huge hug from Brazil!
Love It! Look, im not musician and i think this track sound more "metal" in the original, is Just an impression? Best regards from BRASIL and much love for you and the Band!
Loved the floating drum style, don't feel mechanic at all. Not comparing, not at all, but it reminds me a bit of Martin Lopez, he also floats in the drums. Stay safe!
Amazing performance and musicality through the hole song! Do you think that’s also possible to feel the intro as a: 6/4 6/4+3/8 6/4+3/8 7/4+3/8? By the way, saw you performing with POS in Portugal in 2018, best Live Rock concert I’ve seen/heard. Thank you!!
Thank you Leo for this amazing masterpiece and the interestin description. I really hope to see you soon in Rome. What about the new album? Daniel is sending some pictures of recordings from Sweden, but I would like to know and see more about the drums recording sessions, please!
Laurent.
Well, that description hurt my brain. I can play this on guitar, but I don't have to do any of the rhythmic juggling you've got to do, so... yeah, wow 😂
Leo! Thank you for sharing this. Would you consider this song one of the hardest to perform live? Counting that you also have to sing on top of this, as you said :) Before joining PoS, what was your favorite song of them, if you had any? And after being able to record 4 albums with PoS, what is your favorite song now? Sorry if this is out of context, but always wondered this! Thank you again for sharing your work. Hope to see you soon in Argentina again!
That snare drum was the same did you use on the recording of "In the passing light of day"? Which is the brand/series of this drum? Sounds amazing! ❤👏🥁
Douglas Brito Actually it’s not, the rest of the drums are the same though...! Those are Sonor Designer in maple. The snare for that video is a Drumcraft Series 8, 13X6, also in maple. For the ITPLOD session I mostly used my Sonor Signature 14X8 in steel. :)
Thank you Leo for this amazing masterpiece and the interestin description. I really hope to see you soon in Rome. What about the new album? Daniel is sending some pictures of recordings from Sweden, but I would like to know and see more about the drums recording sessions, please!
Max Grosso Sgarrillo I recorded the drums for the new album last September and posted a few pictures/videos on my Instagram/Facebook if you’ve missed them! :)

Leo Margarit amazing!!!
The vocal work in this song has a real Mike Patton vibe, great tune.

Love this Leo!
Any chance we get a remastered/remixed version of The Perfect Element?
SambaBriza Right now I don’t know... This is my own personal mix of the song after I re-recorded the drums :)
@@LeoMargarit1 The mix sounds great Leo! Thanks for the reply
