- 16-year-old Rezoana Mallick Heena🇮🇳 secures India's first track gold at the Asian U20 Athletics Championship 2023, crossing the finish line in the women's 400 meters with an impressive time of 53.31 seconds.
Her reaction showed her goals are much higher than this win

She was not happy with timmings .. seen this change in Indian atheletes in past couple of years. Earlier they were happy with winning Gold in these tournaments.. but now they have set their targets on timing height distance. Because they now know they can't be frogs in well... to beat the best they have to achieve results which are at par with best.
This kid has potential... Like Olympic gold potential. I hope they nurture her well. In 5 years she could be an absolute monster.

@@aryanyudha9264 like who? Give examples of this long list of elite athletes running times below 51 at her age. The current European champion u18 ran out just under 54 sec. The USATF 17-18 years girls record stands at 51.31. I would like to see your list of elite athletes doing it below 51 at age 16.
