Hello I do them max 3k but when I got the car it was not changed for a bit was nasty. This is my second change oil change I should had done a 500 mile one but been busy with work. I am going to run it for 500 miles and redo the 0w-40 again. Thanks

Do you notice less valve train noise? I switched from ESP X2 to Dexos R and there are less injectors and valvetrain noide

hello I honestly didnt notice the noise from the lifters. I hadn't used it for a while and didnt think of that. It does feel smoother vs the 5w30 Mobil1 that was used before. Thank you enjoy
